Troubleshooting Off-Campus Access Problems
Your Library Account:You must be a current Lakeland student, faculty or staff member
You must know your Lakeland ID number (LID#)
You must be using a computer with Internet access
You must have a library account in good standing
If you have any questions about the above information, phone the library staff
or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
An email response may take 2-3 days.
Log On Instructions
Connect to the Library homepage at: http://library.lakelandcc.edu
Click on "Access the Databases through myLakeland"
Login to your myLakeland account
If you are a student - look on the left hand side for "CAMPUS SERVICES"
click on Library
then find and click "Connect to Databases" then the name of the database you are looking for
If you are faculty - find the Library on the "Faculty" mylakeland tab and click "Connect to Databases"
Adobe Acrobat Reader: Many databases provide full-text as a PAGE IMAGE. To view
the page image you will need to download and install Adobe
Acrobat reader on your computer. It is available for free from http://www.adobe.com/
