Troubleshooting Off-Campus Access Problems


Have you set up a Library Account?

  • You must be using a computer with Internet access
  • You must be a current Lakeland student, faculty or staff member
  • You must have active account with the Lakeland Library and
  • You must know your Lakeland ID number (LID#) If you have any questions about the above information, call the library at (440) 525-7424 or email lakelandlibrary@lakelandcc.edu. An email response may take 2-3 days.


    Log On Instructions

  • Connect to the Library homepage at: http://library.lakelandcc.edu
  • From the Off-campus Access Menu select "Off-Campus Log On"
  • On the "Institution Selection Form", select Lakeland from the list of Institutions and click on SUBMIT
  • On the "OhioLINK Authentication Form", enter your FIRST NAME followed by your LAST NAME, then enter your Lakeland ID#, and click on SUBMIT.
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader: Many databases provide full-text as a PAGE IMAGE. To view the page image you will need to download and install Adobe Acrobat reader on your computer. It is available for free from http://www.adobe.com/
