Course Reserves
Traditional Reserves
Instructors may place important supplemental class materials "on reserve" in the Library. These items are held behind the circulation
desk. Each instructor determines how the materials are to be used.
To search the Lakeland Catalog for these items, use the links to the left on this page.
Search by the instructor's name or by the name of the course.

Electronic Reserves (ERes)
Instructors may also place materials online for students to view and download and print through the Library's Electronic Reserve (ERes) system.
These materials are available 24/7 from any computer with Internet access. Instructors that have placed materials into ERes will notify the
class and provide a required password to access them online. Read ERes instructions for help accessing and downloading course materials from Eres.

Textbook Reserves
The Library does not purchase textbooks as a general practice, however, instructors are encouraged to
donate or loan their private copies of current textbooks to the library for the use of their students. These
textbooks are kept behind the circulation desk and may be used as the instructor determines.
To search for textbooks "on reserve," use the link to the left on this page. Click on the title of the textbook to see
if there are any extra copies available to check out.
