Modifying Searches


Limit and Sort Results

If your search retrieves too many records to browse, click on the MODIFY button at the top or bottom of the screen. Select the desired limits and sorts before pressing SUBMIT.

You can limit or sort by one or more of the following:

• Limit by language (e.g. Spanish, French, etc.)
• Limit by material type (e.g. audio-visual, etc.)
• Limit by location (reference, media)
• Sort results by date, by title or by relevance
• Limit by publication date range
