Getting Help Online
Get Help via Chat from a Librarian 24/7:
Electronic Reference help is available by emailing reflibrarian@lakelandcc.edu or clicking on the link to the left. E-mail reference questions
are usually answered by the next morning.

Getting Help In Person
The Reference Desk is open during regular library hours. Librarians will be happy to assist with
questions on how to do research, how to use the OhioLINK databases, where to find information
on the Internet. They will also help find quality information in the reference collection and books
that can be checked out in the circulating collection.
The Circulation Desk is open during regular library hours. Call Circulation to check on the status
of your account, to renew books or to check on books that you have ordered from OhioLINK. They can
also set up library accounts, find course reserves, assist with special equipment.
For technical support for problems with Lakeland Community College
online resources such as Blackboard and Lakeland Online, stop in at the Help Desk on the 2nd floor of C Building
next to the Library Offices or email click on the link to the left .

Getting Help by Telephone
Call the Reference Desk at (440) 525-7425 during regular library hours for assistance with
research, off-campus access, instruction on using the OhioLINK databases and finding quality
information on the Internet. The librarians will respond to voice mail messages when the library opens next.
Call the Circulation Desk at (440) 525-7424 to renew books, check on the status of an account or
on books that are coming from OhioLINK libraries. Voice mail messages may be left if the library is closed.
Call the Library Offices to check on Interlibrary Loans (440) 525-7314, to speak with Technical Services (440) 525-7069
or the Library Faculty Chair (440) 525-7423.
